Re: Taking the plunge

It really sucks not sleeping well @Zoe7 i guess you don’t have enough meds available to increase it back up. Or do you think you’ll persevere with the lower dose?

i have been taking daily prn lately to cope and back taking sleep meds nightly.

I will have a break from it eventually.

Prns make me so tired.

I just went to GP for prescriptions, then food shop.

Rest time now.

You have had alot to do lately, no wonder you’re tired. But, yes, not sleeping well definitely isn’t good. I hope it sorts out for you soon.

Hows it going with your friend?

💜🌷

Re: Taking the plunge

I have enough meds to increase the dose again at night but don't want to do that until I see to my pdoc next week. It is a fine line between sleeping through the night and being tired in the morning and not sleeping through the night and still being tired in the morning - we need to find that balance again. The reduction was supposed to prepare me for going back to work but if I am not doing well then that will be problemmatic anyway @Former-Member

Things will friend are tricky at the moment. There have been some things that have come up that I need to deal with. I do really enjoy his company and we can talk openly and honestly but there are a couple of things I need to discuss with him. I wrote more about it on Far and Away today.

I know you have been going through some really difficult stuff lately too Hon so not surprised you are needing prns to get through - hope it eases for you a bit soon Heart

Re: Taking the plunge

@Former-Member @Former-Member@Zoe7@Shaz51 So much going on here atm. I found out yesterday in a very round about way, that if I break my lease, I have to pay rent here and where I go. Waiting to hear back from my counsellor to see if there is a way out. Not looking good though, and it's given me so much to worry about, on top of what I usually worry about, which is pretty much everything!!!!!

That being said, I don't have anywhere to go yet, still waiting for Housing to get back to me.

@Former-Member Still waiting for specialist app, then hoping for some pain relief. That should help mentally, though that might be a long shot with me.

The bush fires arnt close to me, though at times the smoke is. It's been so hot here for days now, a break today....24

I love Corgies, and the names you chose for them.

@Former-Member Sorry things are so tough, sometimes those tine steps prove to be too much. Sending you lots of these.💕💜💕💜

@Zoe7 Sorry, I think I read you are having trouble sleeping again. Sorry if that wrong info, but hope you get some relief if it's correct. Lots of these. 💕💜💕💜

@Former-Member As usual with my posts, I'm all over the place. Back in the dining room, out of data again. Lots of these. I know it's tough going, hang in there. 💜💜💜💜💜

Re: Taking the plunge

Hi dear @Maggie.  Always a great pleasure to hear from you, however often that is.  I just posted a picture I thought you may like, it is a quite beautiful sky picture I found on the net. It is a picture of a very rare atmospheric phenomenon called rainbow bridge or circumhorizontal arc, something which happens when the sun is at least 58º above the horizon and ice crystals in clouds form rainbows.  Pretty isnt it?

Oh Maggie, I am very disappointed to hear that you are unable to easily break your current lease, even if you find an alternative rental.  Hoping your lovely counsellor can advise what can be done.  I hope your specialist appointment happens soon, its not good having to wait indefinitely.  Oh yeah, I do recall that you are not particularly good at medications.  Hopefully whatever is required will have overal benefits this time.

The fires in Tassie sound really bad, I feel for those in the danger areas.  Glad to hear that you are not one of them.  But smoke, ash and burning particles can be a bit distressing as well.  Anyone with asthma or breathing difficulties of any sort will be told to remain indoors.  Oh you lucky thing with a days break from the extreme heat, 24C sounds devine.  We are expecting mid 30's for the rest of this week and into early next.

I guess you being out of data explains your frequent absences.  I realise you are not that comfortable in going to the public dining room.  But better than having no contact at all.  I hope you continue to keep in touch when you can. Meanwhile thanks so much for the love, which I am also sending to you twofold.  And a little cuddle for Mags as well.

Hi @Zoe7 @Former-Member @Shaz51 @Corny
