stressed

hello there,

i don't know why i feel suddenly super down.

sometimes i feel like crying and exhausted in life.

 

how can i overcome it?

Thank you for reaching out. It sounds so difficult to suddenly feel so low with limited or no understanding as to why.

 

Has this been ongoing or just something today? It's important to know there IS help and support out there. 

 

Have you ever spoken to a GP about it?

 

One thing you have done is reach out here. That's a great start in itself.

Getting to the core of why you are feeling this way is the first step.  (ie, family problems, issues at work, relationship issues, past trauma etc) Therapy might help to identify what is making you feel this way (provided you find a good therapist, that can take a lot of trial and error, if a therapist makes you uncomfortable, find another one and another until you find one that works for you)

I have actually lots of things happening in my life. but I'm living the life as a normal human being.

yeah, I wish to talk with someone who will listen me all about myself. where i can trust and i can make my inner sides out.

 

is the therapy costs money?

my GP already referred me to someone. but I forgot how much it can be?
