Have been in agony since yesterday @Faith-and-Hope and everyone else...

Pain relief has not worked but have started antibiotics that I had a script for and hoping that helps before I see someone tomorrow. I am going to just turn up when the dentist opens in the morning - just got to get through today and tonight first.
