How even the nuns could kick!
I didn't originally get into it but ended up learning.
Perth held the biggest woman's football game during WW2 that had over 50K supporters to raise money for the war effort.

@avant-garde The nuns! lol that’s a sight to be seen playing football n the mum outfit lol! I wonder what the Pope thought of it lol!!!! How unusual that WA had the biggest following. You’d think it might have been Melbourne. I honestly had no idea that women did that during the war time.

@Shaz51 Aha blood test. I have them regularly to check on some medical problems. I hope it’s nothing serious for you.
sounds like you have a good plan for the day. Declutterring is always good. We don’t realise how much stuff we accumulate.

But then how in the UK they banned women's football after the war, but Australia embraced it

@Shaz51 Mine are not as good as I would like but not as bad as they were last year. My GP also isnt as onto it as I would like. Next round of blood tests in a few weeks so if certain areas have not improved I will ask GP to investigate and address it.

@Shaz51 I’m really sorry you have stage 4 kidney disease. Does the 17% represent the kidney function level? I don’t know heaps about kidney disease but I do know about dialysis through watching medical documentaries and/or reading information. I know a little about kidney disease and I know that it isn’t a walk in the park. How are you feeling while you wait for dialysis to start? I don’t suppose a kidney transplant could help?
Are you close to medical facilities thwt do dialysis? I really hope so.
