Separation advice

Hello l, not sure l am in the right forum but my wife and daughter have recently walked out leaving me with on old unreliable car ( she took the newer one ) which we jointly owned and paid for . She promised me use of it but disappeared. How do l approach a separation agreement so our supper and vehicles can be split. She likely won't agree to mediation and l don't have the money to go to court. I have major mobility issues without use of the other car. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Write down a timeline of events, and locate emails and screenshot texts where she has said things like you will have use of the car. Contact legal aid in your state.

Re: Separation advice

Thanks @Gwynn. I wrote everything said down and took pictures of everything including cars, their condition,  mileage etc. One legal service said it wasn't worth it. I have all of the bank statements proving my income paid half the loan . We worked together and all of our income went into joint accounts which she controlled.
