Hello @GezzaP hoping you will be ok for surgery this week. Thinking of you! ❤️ Just cleaned out my food processor and juice extractor and got kitchen ready for tomorrow mornings detox routine. I do it in the dark so I can go out later to catch the sunrise so I sleep well at night. Sunrise kicks my circadian rhythms into gear so come 6pm I'm about to feel knocked out. I dont use screentime on my phone in mornings or put house lights on at dawn I want morning sunrise in my eyes so I can get natural melatonin going at bedtime. It seems to work for me but you cant have artificial lights in your eyes in the morning otherwise it wont work. Thats good to hear about your cleaner. I need to do some vaccuuming and scrubbing tomorrow. Thats my plan!

Thanks re surgery @SmilingGecko . Don’t know how you can see to do anything in the dark. I have one light on in the morning but sit in the half light in the morning. I like to see the sunrise too. But forecast rain all next week, so probably won’t get much of a sunrise. I’m eating late tonight as had big lunch. Not overly hungry but need to eat something as my metabolism is fast. Cat wants to go out but she has to stay in now.

@GezzaP ooh better bring in my plastic bucket seat I like to sit on in the mornings watching the sunrise. I can still get sunlight from my patio. Yes rain forecast tomorrow

Thanks @GezzaP just wondering whether the cat snuck in or not while I was bringing in the chair. Light spitting out there at the moment. Feeling like I want to close my eyes and just sleep. Got told it was a public holiday tomorrow by receptionist at chinese doctors place, nothing in my diary to suggest anything, may check calendar on the wall.

I hope y'all are having a good day. It's been wild and windy in the Vegas, plenty of rain and my first flower on my Strelitzia (bird of paradise) got snapped off. Absolutely devo'd! Hoping it will bloom in a vase 🤞

Had a girlfriend try to tell me that there are spinning energies around us, I was amused that she would consider something that is unproven given her knowledge of science. But then she believes crystals can heal you in lieu of proven medications so I'll let her believe it. I am concerned that she is considering stopping her medication though.

your flower bud. Fingers crossed it blooms inside.

I would be concerned about your friend too. Stopping meds is so risky.

We’re supposed to have lots of rain this week here in Adelaide. Was very cold today. It rained heavily in some parts of the city this morning, but not where I live. Rained last night though.

Is public holiday here Monday week 8th June @SmilingGecko . King’s birthday. I try to keep my cat in at night for the sake of the wildlife. She catches mice and rats in the early morning sometimes. She’s only allowed out at night if I’m away.
