Maybe you could use this as an opportunity to find out what the others in your group feel about mental health challenges. You don't need to disclose your diagnosis if you don't feel comfortable. Just because you felt moved by this doesn't reveal your diagnosis. So you could say that you felt moved by the play and ask what others felt about the play? It would be good if they learnt some things and are more able to understand what it is like to live with schizophrenia.
