Re: Really wobbly

Thanks for caring @outlander it makes a difference. I am finishing the day in better shape than I started it.

Re: Really wobbly

@Shaz51 I really rate the people's openness on the forums. It's a relief to not pretend. I do get breaks from feeling bad but when I'm in it it's hard to see anything else. How are you going?

Re: Really wobbly

thats great @frog

what did you get up to today?

Re: Really wobbly

I was at work @outlander I was not very effective but got through the day. Now I'm winding down. How about you?

Re: Really wobbly

i went to work and then spent time at home and then went shopping but right now im dealing with paranoia and i cant get rid of this crap! @frog im waiting on a helpline to conenct to me

Re: Really wobbly

At least you won't be having to move too far. It's still a pain because it requires a truck and all the packing and transferring. Hope you make the new place a home soon @frog. Did you have to declutter?

@Former-Member is in the process of doing that and she is making good progress. She might have some tips for you and some encouragement.

Re: Really wobbly

@soul I am trying to declutter and simplify because it is a big downsize. I am in a small house and going to a tiny one. Some days I feel like I'm progressing and others I get very stuck. When I'm in wishful thinking mode I just want to fast forward past all the sorting, packing, unpacking, reorganising and be settled and in summer!

Re: Really wobbly

I hope the helpline is worthwhile @outlander At least you are recognising the paranoia even though that doesn't shift it.

Re: Really wobbly

Goodnight @outlander@outlander I have to get some zzzs, Hope you do too.

Re: Really wobbly

I am ok at the moment @frog , have another kidney checkup in december as I have kidney disease stage 4 and have only 1 kidney

How are you today
