Hi everyone!
@Former-Member @Former-Member and I just wanted to share this exciting update!
Off the back of this consultation and discussion with you about having an area that helps new members navigate where to get started โ we now have a new topic area called Welcome & Getting Started.
This area is to help new members have a clearer starting spot when they land in the forums. It has threads pinned to the top that welcome and also have info on general how toโs in the forums and ideas on what people could put in their first thread. It encourages new members to start a new thread here to introduce themselves in the same way they did in the introduce yourself thread. By having them be new threads in this new topic area it will be much easier for all of us to make sure everyone gets a response and is welcomed by us. We can help point them in the right direction based on what they let us know about them and why they came to the forum.
Exciting right?
NB: With the above in mind we will be archiving the introduce yourself thread that currently sits in the Our Stories areas.
A big thanks to all the members that got involved in this consultation and we really encourage everyone to keep an eye on this area to help welcome and reply to new members that come through.

This is great @Former-Member The new area incorporates all we discussed and is a great introduction for new members to find out all they need to know to begin their journey on SANE forums. ๐๐
