I read that Christmas Day was really hard for you - I don't know in what way but I know you were pretty down

Maybe for whatever reason the whole holiday period is terrible - I understand that - many people are distressed and I have been through those shadows myself

But you are not alone here - we all have our stuff - and I think people take it in turns to hold one another up - we are here and we do care

I also wanted to share something amazing that happened this year, which has just occurred. My children played an entire board game without fighting! 😮😉😆 I am in shock but what a great way to end the year 😁😆
