sounds productive @GezzaP  sorry so many other things going awry.

 um dentist first thing this morning, home again, nap, shops , incl chemist and PO

got letter from defence (with password for usb with my records on it) opened big A4 padded envelope some time later and the usb was in there. 

a lot of it just boring , mundane. 

Then there's serious character assassinations and accusations

somthings dont even remember . odd looking at records of interviews from over 40 years ago.not sure why they let me in lol

there was also also record of failed application for RAAF before went to Army. not very flattering. well, cutting  more like. needless to say they didnt take me

immature, lazy seem to be recurring themes and the bit about nearly getting discharged  against my will lol some of it just illegible (all hand written)

Guess it was what I expected , doesnt mean didnt give me funny feeling in gut and a bit sad.

Hope psych appt goes okay.

Psych appt fine she has increased the dose of one of my meds for a week when she will call again @TAB . Sorry about your army news.  I’ll be ok if I can get a few proper nights’ sleep. But have lots to deal wth this week, with credit card being cancelled and having to change payment details. Will tackle tomorrow when am fresh in the morning. I’m just too tired now after a very long day. Trying to nap now before mechanic comes back with car. He said late afternoon so there’s time for a 30 minute nap. Hope you don’t feel too sad.

like I said, not as if didnt know what was in there, just pretty nasty the way it was written etc @GezzaP  only doing it to have one last go at getting a few grand out of them, else would not have wanted to see it

I’m having a cold drink while waiting for my mechanic to bring car back. He said might be as late as 5.30. I’ll be hungry by then.

Has been an expensive week for me. Just saw the gas meter reader man go by window so will get that bill soon. Might have to take some money out of my emergency funds to cover the next week of outgoings before I get paid again. Some fortnights are just so expensive. Had a plumbing bill for $800. Thiught they ripped me off. Have made a complaint. Will get some money back from medicare though -  soon I hope. Maybe tomorrow.

Didn’t manage to have a nap as I am overtired. Will start extra dose of meds tonight as per psych’s recommendation.
