The sleep change isn’t too bad if you stick to a routine. The day that we switch I don’t let anything break it.
Juggling meds is difficult and nights are usually my worst. But it’s really hard when your long runs or in the water cart you have nothing to do but think. The dark and not being able to get out of your head is hell.
