oh, found stretchy exercise thing in bags picked up Saturday. might have to use on verandah pole as needs different heights, says use door, but cant see how lol

I have been on the forum for 8 years now 

it is 25 degrees up here today and it was a 19 degrees overnight 

sunny today with rain coming back soon , maybe tomorrow 

tired today as my husband repainted the kitchen walls white which were the colour of a dark pink 

looks soo much better with white walls but aches and pains today 

cooking Chicken Kiev for dinner tonight , how about you 😁
