Wow
So happy that i got some positive feedback went walking today still feeling lonely but better than yesterday. Had a lot of very close friends and family die on me after I found out I had depressen which I realise made it a little tricky to deal with even though it was quite a long time ago still annoying I can't just go and see them much more to talk about and deal with (happy today).

Walking really can lift your mood. Well done. Me - I weeded the garden. Quite meditative. I enjoy it when the suns out.
Very hard when you'd love to talk and share moments with a loved one who is no longer around. Although I find myself talking to my Gran alot recently. She passed away near 10 years ago. But I find myself smiling when I talk to her (in my head - don't want strange looks from people), & I can hear what she'd say back and I can feel her smiling too.

So glad that you had a nice day. Its sometimes a relief to find out that what we feel has some sort of a name... even if its not pleasant. i have not had a great day even though i've tried to get some exercise too. fresh air and change of scenery sometimes helps, or so they say.
