@Faith-and-Hope He obviously has completely underestimated your strength, tenacity and intrinsic values Hon and I am so proud of you for both staying the course and reserving your dignity and grace throughout. You may not get everything you deserve in all this but what you will come out with is far more valuable - that is you are by far the better person and your self-respect and being true to yourself with what you believe will continue to shine through. You do deserve more Hon but no-one can ever take away the wonderful person you are and the way you have held yourself in this horrible process. I am in awe of you everyday and feel myself very fortunate to call such an amazing person a friend. Love you immensely and respect you more than words can say 
Have been to the supermarket and chemist @Faith-and-Hope @Snowie Don't need to leave for a about another hour so am enjoying the peace and quiet with all fur babies asleep.Will take Toby and Clover with me again and stop at the pet shop on the way - need to stock up on kitten food whilst it is on special 👍
I have so much to do at home but am still worried about Cat so keeping my eye on her. I would love her to go to her room or even better want to go outside but she still has not moved off her chair. I had hoped taking Toby and Clover away for a few hours last night would have given her space to wander about and feel a bit better - maybe doing that again today will help ...I certainly hope so otherwise we may need a trip to the vet to get her checked out properly - that will be stressful for her too though so I am really hoping she bounces back before I have to do that - such a worry still

I've been trying to get through on Centrelink phone no, for several days - several hours on hold at least.
Just to Book an Employment Services Assessment (ESAt) - To qualify for/ access to Disability Employment Service (DES-ESS).
I have been Disonnected, every time (at the end) - Without ever getting to speak to anyone.
Without ever getting to Book that ESAt Appointment.
There appears to be No means of booking this ESAt Online - I have tried many times.

@Snowie S will be happy to have a school uniform that fits - hope he doesn't growm out of this one quickly. I hope you had a better evening and felt a little better Hon - it is so hard to be struggling with so much but each day you put one foot in front of the other, get done what you need to do, care for your kids and Izzy and continue to get through ...alll of that you should be proud of and give yourself credit for continuing on despite how you are feeling - it matters sweetheart. @Adge I cannot believe how difficult it is being made for you with Centrelink. It really is a broken system and not at all user friendly. I honestly do not understand why those running this system make it so hard for people. It is obvious there is not enough staff to field calls and not being able to access what you need online is a very distinct failing of the system too - especially in this age of technology taking over everything you would expect it to be easier. I really feel for you Adge - it is not fair, very frustrating and no doubt giving you so much extra stress that you do not need. I am very angry for you and all those needing the system to live - what makes me even more angry is that there has been more money made available for mental health by the government yet those like you cannot access this basic service and that would be adding to the deterioration of your mental health - give on one hand and take from another which would undoubtedly add to the need for mental health services from the stress of trying to deal with centrelink alone.
Call your local politicians Adge, put in a formal complaint, even contact local media with your difficulties - make it known just how much you are being struggling and how much of that is down to a service that is meant to help ...bloody ridiculous grrr!!!!
Good morning @Faith-and-Hope Off to the first of several of my specialist appointments this morning then the sleep clinic again this afternoon. It is going to be a long day but will have a little time in between to rest and do a few things around the house. I do need to vacuum but Clover is having a great time chasing fluff around the house - most of it is from Toby and Cat. I bought her a new toy when we went to the pet shop yesterday and she played with it most of the night (when she wasn't chasing fluff or bugs lol). Cat ate her biscuits last night and coe asking for her breakfast so she seems to be a little better. She also went into her room for a while - sat on the windowsill then back out to her chair for the rest of the evening. I will let her outside this afternoon (supervised again) while I do some work in the garden.
