Yes Hams @MDT  mostly short stories and poetry/prose.  My goal for the last year or so is to be a productive writer when I'm stable, not just when I'm in a manic phase, as I did for many years.

I remember my coach got me swimming as many laps of the pool I can -- I did 69 laps without stopping

Very hot and humid up here , yesterday was 37 and today is 38 degrees

Was supposed to be a big storm here last night , well we did not get it but the next town did badly

went out for lunch with friends with MsS - she was very social and upbeat then energy suddenly disappeared she wanted to go home to sleep - so now we r home and I'm making a cup of tea and contemplating reading in bed !

Mr shaz is the same , can not socialize for too long and then wanting to go home
