I used to paint Mandalas. I did a huge range of them for specific people. I should do some more. It is a very soothing process.

Today is a better day. Actually really sunny here.

I love good comedy and romance too, and jigsaws, but my main release is working on and driving my old Jaguar. I find that while I'm thinking about what to do or enjoying the drive my dark thoughts seem to be deflected somehow. Here's my photo of my favourite therapist.
