My psychologist doesn't have a diagnosis for me. Things just aren't bad enough to qualify, I guess. So I don't even qualify for being on this forum. Shouldn't have even qualified for life at this rate.

Have you tried seeing a different psychologist?

dont give up. All this means is that you have the wrong psychologist. Keep looking!

You don’t need to ‘qualify’ to be here. 

Don’t be too hard on yourself you are obviously going through something. Maybe try a new psychologist and see what happens from there. 

I have been through the not knowing what is going on for me.
