@tyme I don't even know where to start. What's happening externally isn't that bad compared ro what's happening internally.
I have messed up big time and now I can't stand to face anything. I'm scared soon
I'll just take it further than self harm.
The hospital wouldn't even let me talk with anyone (they just cleared me medically and discharged me).
I feel like getting help is pointless. I don't even know I'd I want it anymore though.

I spoke to my support worker at home. We are heading to the beach for the sunset as a distraction.


I don't know how to put in words the shot in my brain. I guess all I can really do is enjoy a nice sunset to end some of the crop that happened today instead of ending my life.

(Sorry the horizon isn't straight) 

I shall have food and watch starears I've calmed a little. My support worker wants me to go to hospital if things get worse but I can't deal with that after what happened over weekend. I'm trying to be safe. I am just tired.
