Is anyone familiar with tip of the tongue phenomenon? There’s words there but you just can’t quiet get to it and say it.

there is a picture…. An image, inside my head. I have moments where I get so close to seeing it in its entirety but then it disappears. It doesn’t feel like a pleased memory or picture.

Not much sleep again last night @Snowie  ECT went ok this morning and I’ve seen my pdoc already and his going to increase my nightmare meds.

My flashbacks have been so bad the last couple of days. It’s sending my anxiety through the roof and making me not feel safe within my own body, very on edge
