I have always been able to choose the psych I wanted.

Yep ECT went ok this morning @Snowie @Captain24 @NatureLover 

attended the second part of groups. Feeling a bit washed out this afternoon so won’t be doing much this arvo, probably just some more painting. 

D is going to her fathers tomorrow again. It’s my nieces first birthday next weekend, so we swapped weekends around so that we can all go to her party. I’ll go home Sunday afternoon and spend time with my D.

I am ok, just some demons in my head today. Trying to stay occupied.

I wish ECT fried the demons in our head too @Snowie would be nice if it did more than just help the depression. This is what I was talking with my pdoc about on Tuesday. My depression has got better. But my anxiety and ptsd is still really bad.
