@TAB Yes silica is another I heard of. I'm just a bit suspicious of the amount of say silica would be actually in the supp. Industry insiders say they put only 1% of the supp in the formula and the rest is fillers. So they make a 99% profit by filling it with cheap fillers and the supp is useless. Heard this from a couple of people. Its the reason why I don't buy supps anymore unless they are A-grade. You can also get sick from the fillers they put in too. Have seen a few nasty cases online of people being hospitalised because of it. What they put in can be hazardous to your health. So I don't buy supps anymore unless they come from a trusted source.
