Hi @Gypsy7, never feel ashamed in asking for help and reaching out here. I think on the lived experience forum, quite a lot of people have been in similar circumstances (myself included). 

Has something happened that has triggered these feelings?

Both telephone services operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Its good how you are reaching out. We deep down want things to get better but sometimes we can find ourselves in a hole emotionally and mentally due to particular circumstances we feel are out of our control. And then its nice to have someone to lean on. Lean on us.

Would talking it out here help? We may not have all the answers but we hear you and care. You are not alone. Sitting with you

Glad you are reaching out. It can take energy to push through barriers of shame, but it is worth it.

Sorry you are struggling with those thoughts.  I struggle with them too.

It is helping me finally to see them as thoughts but not the whole of me.
